Due to an active and successful CBI program and efforts in the sectors of, Eco Tourism, Recovery, Health and wellness, Climate resilience Strategy, incentives and Hotel development and investment Dominica graces the #18 spot on the company’s top 20 list of Tourism locations of the future 2019/20.
Dominica is in good company, with Thailand taking the coveted top spot. Five other Caribbean destinations also made it on to the list. They are St. Lucia (6), Dominican Republic (12), Aruba (13), Antigua and Barbuda (14) and Grenada (16).
The destination is no doubt elated. This continues to pave a way for destination Dominica to receive more foreign Direct investment as the world community studies these trends.
