Sheppee Fun Tours was independently established in 1998, as proprietor Shepherd “Sheepee” Fregiste, who for a few early years assisted his father who has a similar bus/taxi service.
According to the owner, Sheppee’s sole purpose is to achieve his goal of ensuring that Dominica has a permanently positive imprint on every visitor who decides to make this island one of their vacation pit stops.
